Kelly Spiridis – Community Manager

Kelly is a vibrant, enthusiastic, and driven individual, who always wants to provide others with a positive and professional experience. With extensive experience in hospitality and customer service, Kelly understands the importance of building relationships and creating an enthusiastic and bubbly environment for our members and guests at The Loft. Outside the office, Kelly can be found spending her free time at the MCG watching Hawthorn play or by the beach, with her family and friends reading the latest novels.

Alex Southward – Centre Manager
With a solid background in the flex industry since 2018, Alex had the invaluable opportunity to sharpen her skills and broaden her experience in both sales and operations within the UK Flex market. Throughout her career, she has successfully collaborated with a diverse range of brands and worked with a wide array of products, further refining her ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments. As the Centre Manager, Alex is excited about supporting The Loft members with their needs and ensuring their business runs smoothly and efficiently in our lovely workspace. With a keen eye for industry trends and a customer-centric approach, Alex strives to deliver exceptional value to members and foster long-lasting relationships. Her enthusiasm, adaptability, and comprehensive skill set make her well-equipped to contribute to The Loft Workspaces member’s continued excellence and growth.
