David Arroyave Avila – Community Manager
David is a passionate and people-focused Community Manager with several years of experience in customer service, workplace operations, and community management. He enjoys building strong relationships and creating welcoming environments where members feel supported, connected, and valued.
Originally from Medellín, Colombia, David now calls Melbourne home and brings a warm, positive, and approachable energy to everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
Jade Ramsey – Centre Manager
Jade has over three years’ experience in New Zealand’s flexible workspace industry, building on a career in hospitality and member driven industries.
With expertise across operations, sales, and member experience, she thrives in dynamic, fast paced environments. Jade brings a member-first approach to the Loft and is passionate about creating welcoming, well-run spaces where members feel connected at their home away from home.
